Can my order or any portion of it be returned?
Each brand under Klein and Company LA has their own return policy, but if your order is unacceptable for any reason, we urge you to return the product(s) for an exchange or refund. This must be done within 14 days of delivery and allow an additional 10 business days for the reimbursement of the transaction. The freight is not at the expense of Klein and Company LA. There will not be an additional shipping fee on all exchanges.
All returned items must be unused and in the same condition as they were received. Include a copy of the original invoice and brief statement as to whether you prefer a refund or exchange and place the item(s) in the original box. The package should be shipped/returned via an insured courier (UPS, FedEx, and USPS Parcel Post) and retain your documented receipt in the event the package is damaged or lost in transit. It is your responsibility to show confirmation of shipment to Klein and Company LA to guarantee credit for your return or exchange. All packages should be addressed to:

What if my item is damaged?
Please contact us in the event any portion of your order is damaged. Do not dispose of the shipping box, packing materials or the damaged items as they will need to be inspected by the carrier.
