When will my order ship?
Orders are processed upon receipt and will ship standard ground within 2 business days on Monday-Friday once payment has been received.
Overnight or air delivery is available upon request. Please contact headquarters for any additional shipping matters at 800.917.7206.
How long does Ground Shipping take?
Based upon location, ground shipping can take anywhere from 5 days to next day service. If there is a deadline to be met, please inform a sales representative and we will provide you with different options to insure your package arrives on time.
Next day, second day or three-day guaranteed air services or you can request Saturday deliveries as well are available for an additional charge. These orders must be placed 1 day in advance to meet the cutoff time and your deadline. Please call for pricing as it will vary based upon location.
Do you ship web orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico?
Yes, a fee of $30 is added to the order. In the event you require Three Day Air the fee is $50. Size or order does not alter the cost.
Do you ship internationally?
There is a flat fee of $40 per retail order that will be added to the purchase total. This party will be responsibly for any and all duties and taxes resulting from the purchase. These orders can take upwards of 14 days and will ship USPS. All orders will be accompanied with a tracking number for easy reference.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
All shipments must contain a street address.
