Does shipping time include weekends?
Orders are process within 24-48 hours of the order being placed and ship within 48 hours based on availability. However, we do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or on a national holiday. Those orders will be shipped on the first available business day.
When will my backorder ship?
During peak times of year, we may be temporarily out-of-stock of an item. In the event, you will be contacted by a representative with an approximate shipping date.
What is my tracking number?
A tracking number will be provided to you via email when your order has been shipped.
Can I make changes to my order?

Why are some products not available?
Klein and Company LA represents several distinctive brands and some offer products in limited quantities or are imported from overseas. Please reach out to our Headquarters if something you are interested in is not available and we will give you an approximate date of arrival. Each brand makes every attempt to fulfill all orders in a timely manner and replace those items that had sold out for a period of time.
Can promotions be used for multiple orders?
Each purchase total is allowed for only one promotion. Orders can not be combined.
